At Luteete SS, we are committed to providing a comprehensive and ballanced curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our students. Our curriculum is designed to foster academic excellence, critical thinking, and holistic development. Our school premises are equipped with state-of-the security system including CCTV surveillance, secure entry points, and regular safety drills.
Our Legacy
Luteete SS was started in 1967 out of necessity of a secondary school in the are to absorb Luteete Primary school leavers who had prior by that time had to go too far off schools the nearest being over 20 miles away to acquire secondary by education.
The school was started through community mobilization spearheaded by the parish priest of Luteete St. Stephen Church of Uganda.
It operated as a private school managed purely by the church of Uganda until Febraury 1982 when it became a government grant aided “O” Level Secondary School. The school attained “A” Level status in 1995.
School Status
Luteete Senior Secondary School, also known as Luteete SSS, is a government-aided “O” and “A” level day and boarding mixed secondary school. It was founded by the Church of Uganda Anglican and has a strong foundation in faith and community service.
